Nowadays, information and communication technology (ICT) has become the basis for the development of modern society. In the 1988 Constitution, the defense of the environment became one of the principles to be observed in economic activities, incorporating the concept of sustainable development, which advocates the constant concern with the management and preservation of resources for future generations.
